Using OpenPay
You may use OpenPay for lawful, personal career research and to share accurate workplace information. These terms apply when you access the platform.
Your submissions
You are responsible for what you submit. Submit information you reasonably believe is accurate and do not disclose trade secrets, personal data about another person, confidential documents, or unlawful material. By submitting, you give OpenPay a non-exclusive right to review, anonymise, aggregate, publish, and improve the service with that material.
Moderation
We may review, edit for privacy, decline, remove, or restrict content that breaches these terms, creates risk, or reduces the quality of the data. Publication is never guaranteed.
Not financial or employment advice
Salary figures are informational estimates based on contributor and public data. They are not a promise of pay, an employment offer, legal advice, tax advice, or financial advice. Make employment and negotiation decisions using your own judgement.
Accounts and security
Keep your credentials secure and let us know if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend an account where we reasonably believe it is being misused.
Our service
We may change, pause, or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, OpenPay is provided as available, without warranties that data will be complete, current, or error-free.
Contact and governing law
Questions about these terms can be sent to support@openpay.com. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Nigeria, except where a mandatory local law says otherwise.
