We never require work email verification. You can submit salary data using any email address. All personal information is encrypted and never shared publicly. We aggregate data before display, ensuring individual submissions cannot be identified.

Our data comes directly from verified professionals who voluntarily share their compensation. We use multiple validation methods including cross-referencing, outlier detection, and community moderation to maintain data quality.

We respect legitimate concerns. Employers can request review of specific data they believe is inaccurate. However, we generally cannot remove aggregated, anonymously submitted salary information as it contributes to our core mission of transparency.

We have data from hundreds of companies across Nigeria, including major banks (Zenith, GTB, FirstBank), tech companies, and multinational corporations. Our database is continuously growing through community contributions.

Our calculator uses the real PAYE graduated tax bands, the Consolidated Relief Allowance, and an 8% pension contribution to compute your take-home pay from any gross figure. It is an estimate for guidance — allowances, NHF and reliefs vary by employer.

Yes, you can update your salary data at any time through your dashboard. We recommend updating annually or when you receive a significant raise or promotion.

If your submission falls outside expected ranges or triggers our validation systems, it goes to our moderation queue. A moderator reviews it first, then an admin approves it — two people check every number. You will be notified and can provide additional context.

We focus primarily on the Nigerian job market. Placement follows where each contributor actually works, never company headquarters — a bank's Kano branch counts toward Kano.
