Sub-processors

Last updated 18 July 2026

This page lists the third-party service providers (“sub-processors”) that QuantumForge engages to help operate OpenPay. It exists so you can see exactly where data goes and who touches it.

01Overview

To run OpenPay we rely on a small set of third-party providers for hosting, our database, email and monitoring. Each one handles only the limited data it needs to do its job. Because most of what we publish is already anonymised and aggregated, the data shared with these providers is minimal.

On where your data lives. OpenPay is built in Nigeria and we intend to host it in Nigeria as local infrastructure matures. Today, however, our application and database are hosted in the European Union (Ireland) by the providers listed below. We are telling you this plainly because a cross-border transfer must be disclosed under the Nigeria Data Protection Act, and because you deserve to know which jurisdiction holds the data. If that changes, this page changes with it.
